Lots of delicious food. Immaculate and warm room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Nice building, handy location next to restaurant and bar and parks. Lots of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

I liked the location, close to the beach. Food & service is excellent, staff are great and friendly.
Not all rooms have a beach view, this is understandable, I would’ve liked a better view, but I appreciate it isn’t always possible.

We were in an incredible location not too far from St Faith's Church. Greatly enjoyed to be close to a train station.

Request a room on the top floor for less noise and best views, as the floors creak a bit.

The staff were most helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were knowledgable about the area. Food was excellent, decor well thought of, location perfect. Perfect setting for quiet holiday or shopping spree. Ideal for business meetings. Will definitely use again in the future.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we coudln't stay any longer.

Breakfast good. A typical English hotel with typical English red leather sofas. We enjoyed it.

Good stay, just a few bumps
Had a nice 2-night stay overall. Staff seemed a bit distracted during breakfast on the first day, which led to a mix-up with my partner's order. But the second day was totally better! Lovely breakfast options in the lounge, definitely worth checking out. Just wish they'd pay more attention to customers instead of chatting with each other.

We had the best of meals on Friday 19th Nov, beautifully served and presented and memorable and a good price. Breakfast also very civilised. The location was unexpectedly beautiful and the Gormley beach art breathtaking, making for a good walking experience after breakfast each day. We also enjoyed the excellent public transport system, we used the bus and the train, to get into the city centre.
The shower was not to a standard that I would have liked, very meanflow and difficult to regulate! Saturday night in the hotel ws disapppointing and we would have enjoyed bar food availability to have gone on a to 8oc. After a very bust sightseeing day we just wanted simple food and relaxation.

This place suits me perfectly. The staff are always friendly, with great wi-fi, free parking, and a cozy bar and lounge area. I still remember how they helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. I highly recommend it!
